Mishelle offers more than 25 years of real estate experience, extensive relocation expertise, and one of the Coastside's strongest professional networks. Wendy contributes an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, creative marketing strategies, and firsthand experience as a homeowner, builder, investor, and Coastside resident. Together, they provide clients with the perfect balance of seasoned expertise and modern innovation.

Mishelle has been helping families, professionals, and investors navigate the Bay Area real estate market since 2000. A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Finance and Business, she is a nationally certified relocation specialist known for delivering exceptional customer service and strategic guidance. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with builders, employers, lenders, contractors, and service providers, giving clients access to trusted resources that simplify every step of the buying and selling process.

Wendy's path to real estate is rooted in determination and personal experience. Originally from South Dakota, she made her dream of living on the California coast a reality after moving to the Bay Area in 2011. Her journey—from renter to homeowner, landlord to building her own dream home—gives her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities her clients face. With a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University and experience in entrepreneurship and fitness coaching, Wendy excels at communication, negotiation, and helping clients confidently navigate important decisions.
