Wendy Jensen is a go-getter in every sense of the word—an entrepreneur, a personal trainer, a community volunteer, and a dedicated Real Estate Agent who brings real-world experience and heart to every transaction. With a background that spans broadcast journalism, small business ownership, and fitness coaching, Wendy offers a dynamic, people-first approach that empowers her clients to turn their real estate goals into reality.

Originally from South Dakota, Wendy grew up in a place where living in California seemed out of reach. But she never stopped believing it was possible—and she made it happen. After moving to the Bay Area in 2011, she and her husband began building a life they dreamed of: raising two children, navigating homeownership firsthand, and ultimately building their dream home on the California coast. Her personal journey—from renter to homeowner, landlord to builder—has equipped her with the insight and resourcefulness to help others do the same.

Whether you’re relocating from out of state, buying your first home, or looking for investment opportunities on the Coastside, Wendy knows what it takes to navigate the market, overcome challenges, and stay focused on what matters most: finding a place you’re proud to call home.

Wendy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University, where she developed her strong communication skills and passion for storytelling. She interned in New York City at Good Morning America, later returning to Utah to run a small business before stepping away to raise her children and follow her dream of moving to California.

During those years, Wendy became a CrossFit coach, working closely with individuals from all walks of life. That experience taught her how to listen deeply, motivate others, and help people push through the hard parts to achieve something meaningful—skills that now translate seamlessly into her real estate practice.

Today, Wendy is proud to help her clients buy and sell homes across the Bay Area and San Mateo County Coastside, combining her personal experience with a professional, strategic approach. She understands that real estate isn’t just about properties—it’s about people, stories, and building a life you love.
