Before dedicating himself to real estate full-time, Joakim spent over two decades in Silicon Valley’s High-Tech industry in leadership roles within sales, operations, and data analytics. This experience honed his skills in customer service, stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, and outcome-driven strategies, all of which he now applies to his real estate practice.

A San Diego State University graduate with a B.A. in Economics and a lifelong resident of Kings Mountain and Half Moon Bay, Joakim possesses an insider’s perspective on the Mountain and Coastal communities.
