After years in biotech, he was drawn to the opportunity that real estate brings, sitting across the table from someone at a pivotal moment in their life and directly helping them feel informed and confident in one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make.

Before moving to California, Peter lived all over the country from Colorado and North Carolina to Vermont, Massachusetts, and New York. After falling in love with the SF Bay Area and the Northern California coast, he has proudly called Montara home for the past nine years.

Those deep coastal roots give him an authentic appreciation for what makes this community so special. The wonderful lifestyle and tight-knit neighborhoods of Pacifica, Montara, Moss Beach, El Granada, Half Moon Bay, and Pescadero are what draw people in and ultimately keep them here.

When he's not working with clients, you'll find Peter on a tennis court, hiking and running the local trails, or walking his dog on Montara State Beach. He's passionate about the outdoors and deeply values time with his family and friends.
