David leads with a blend of professionalism, local expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit. At Ocean Element Real Estate, he and co-founder Mathew Haugen have built a boutique firm that serves buyers and sellers across the San Mateo County Coastside—including Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Moss Beach, Montara, and Pacifica—as well as clients relocating to and from Central California through his role as manager of the California Relocation Network in Fresno.

David’s commitment to service goes far beyond sales. He’s deeply engaged in the local community, both as a business owner and nonprofit leader. He owns and operates the Ocean Blue Vault, a curated artist collective in downtown Half Moon Bay that showcases work from local creatives. He is also a founding board member of CoastPride, an organization supporting LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion on the Coastside, and currently serves as President of the Half Moon Bay Downtown Association.
