About Anne Craggs Crawford

A client once said, “You take the hell out of selling real estate.” Anne admits she tends to “baby” her clients a bit—because she genuinely cares.

“I’m a good listener and something of a perfectionist. I tend to put my clients first.” Clients consistently describe her as trustworthy, efficient, and personally invested in their success, whether buying a coastal home in Half Moon Bay or selling property on the Peninsula.

Anne’s global upbringing took her from England to Barbados, Tripoli, and Doha before she settled in the San Francisco Bay Area. After attending boarding school in England, she continued her education in both the UK and San Francisco.

She moved to Half Moon Bay in 1979 and began her real estate career in 1980, serving clients throughout the Coastside and the San Mateo County Peninsula. Her previous work with Bechtel on international projects prepared her well for high-touch, client-facing work, but it was her passion for touring homes for sale that sparked her career in real estate.

Anne prefers a hands-on, relationship-first approach. Nearly all of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients, earned through her consistent professionalism and genuine care.

She is a member of SAMCAR and the state and national REALTOR® associations, and previously served as secretary for the San Mateo Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and on the local Grievance Committee.
