About Alicia Brolan Weisbarth

As a second-generation local Real Estate Agent who’s called the Coastside home since 1978, Alicia brings a lifelong connection to this beautiful community—and a genuine passion for helping others make it their home, too.

Her roots in real estate run deep. Alicia vividly remembers tagging along with her dad to look at houses in the ’80s and helping her parents flip homes in the ’90s—learning firsthand the value of cost-effective upgrades and renovations that create lasting value. Those early experiences inspired her to study architecture and interior design, laying the foundation for a career in home staging.

In 2000, Alicia pioneered the Coastside’s first home staging business. With a trained eye, she helps homeowners showcase their property’s full potential, attracting buyers and achieving top-market value. From paint colors to perfect furniture placement, her goal is to maximize each client’s return—with confidence and style.

For buyers, Alicia offers more than market expertise—she helps them see a home’s true possibilities and provides tailored insights to match their lifestyle and investment goals.

For over 20 years, she ran a thriving staging company, successfully partnering with Real Estate Agents and sellers throughout the community. She consistently showcased homes at their best to attract top buyers. Now, she’s here to do the same for her real estate clients.

When she’s not working, Alicia is likely at the beach with her family, walking the Coastal Trail, volunteering at her daughter’s school, or vacationing in her favorite place, Hawai‘i.

She’s proud to work alongside her husband, Mark, a successful Real Estate Agent since 2013. As husband and wife, locals, and parents, they’re both better halves—bringing two perspectives, one purpose, and plenty of aloha to every client they serve.
